Hi, my name’s Stacey Cruickshank and I have been a professional Personal Trainer for over 8 years. My background varies greatly, working in a range of environments and with many different clients. Originally, I worked as an inhouse PT for BG Group, having one to one sessions with staff in the building and promoting a healthy life style throughout the company. Outside of working here, I also held Metafit and Kickboxing classes – I know exactly how to get that blood bumping and increase your heart rate! After seeing many changes happening within the industry, I decided to take the leap and start my own business; working at my now base, Results Gym. Over my professional career, I have had a huge variety of experience with clients, ensuring that I always practise what I preach and I am fully qualified from Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 GP Referral and Ante/Post Natal certifications. In my personal time, outside of work, I have also competed in two body building shows – so I understand the dedication required to make the changes to your body. I have been coaching for well over ten years. My passion lays with helping people achieve and surpass their goals whether it within a general fitness or in a climbing focused setting.

My training is often focused on developing people in a sustainable way and giving them the tools to continue on their journey whatever that may be. Great attention is paid to your functioning mobility, flexibility, and overall health and fitness.

Kirsten has been training for 24 years. As a bodybuilder she competed internationally in both the NABBA Figure & Physique classes. At her peak in Figure she represented at NABBA World and qualified for NABBA Universe in Physique. Over the years she has coached others to success on and off the stage. In 2008 Kirsten side stepped from bodybuilding into strength & conditioning, training mostly with kettlebells under several federations. When living in a very remote part of the UK, she developed a very successful class structure which literally hundreds of people benefited from over several years. These classes combined strength, movement and mobility and were known for achieving results. Kirsten and her partner James Fuller can be found on Facebook under Kama Sutra Barbell. KSB promotes the benefits of and teaches the Olde Time Strongman Lifts, taking them out of the past and into the present.

My name is Donna Petrie. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 16 years. Since graduating I’ve carried out various roles. Initially, I started out as a Fitness Instructor at DW. I then went to work for Fitnut as a Health Assessor, carrying out health checks on oil/gas employees in their offices in Aberdeen before moving onto The Sports Village.

In 2010 I put my PT qualification to use and started as a Personal Trainer at David Lloyd’s, during my time here I gained my pre/postnatal qualification. After 8 years at David Lloyd’s I felt I gained enough knowledge and experience and decided to set up my own PT business.

My main focus personally is on strength work. I enjoy the occasional run purely because I love getting outdoors. I believe a balance is good for physical and mental health.
